Is Sir Sea Villas pet-friendly?
Unfortunately, SirSea Villas has to maintain a strict no pets policy due to not having any amenities available to be able to effectively host an animal. (Sadly this includes service and emotional support animals.)
What are the Check-In and Check-Out times?
Check-In is at 3:00 PM and Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, we require a minimum of a 2 night stay.
What are some of the amenities?
We provide for all our guests free Wi-Fi and the cool feature of having a personal air conditioning unit in every Villa. Each unit is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and stovetop. (Laundry services and housekeeping are available for an extra fee.) We will also provide access to purified drinking water.
Is Sir Sea Villas family-friendly?
Although we accept guests of all ages please keep in mind these items while considering your stay with us:
– There are no guard railings on the dock or fencing surrounding the property.
– The Villas are built in a manner that there may be multiple flights of stairs depending on the room you reserve.
– This is a tropical paradise, with that being said the nature is nature and sometimes can be dangerous.
– There are no cribs or amenities that support children of young ages

Sir Sea Villas is a non-smoking property.
Self Check-In/Check-In after 3 PM.
Check-out time is 10 AM. (Late check-out for additional fee)
No curfew; Quiet times Between 11 PM & 6 AM
No events or parties are allowed unless previously contracted
Contactless check-in/check-out via door code
Damage Policy
Charged damage deposits: $500
Collection of damage will be made by credit card
Collection of the damage deposit will be made prior to arrival
Return of the damage deposit will be made by credit card
Returned to guests within 5 days of checkout
Cancellation Policy
Guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within the 30 days leading up to designated arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Terms & Conditions
Extra-person charges apply and vary depending on the Villa size. No additional overnight guests or unregistered guests are permitted.
Government-issued photo identification matching credit card may be required upon check-in
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Onsite parties or group events without prior written acceptance by the owner are strictly prohibited.
Other Important Information
A pre-authorized charge will be made on a credit card prior to arrival.
A fixed amount will be held on the guests credit card.
Guest must provide their address details when they book.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. All guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying guest of check-in age.
We currently do not accept reservations over 15 days.
Pets or animals of any kind are not allowed.
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Guest will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the owners prior to arrival.
